Simply browse our website, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details. Once completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. It’s quick, easy, and secure.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been processed or shipped. Once shipped, changes may not be possible. We’ll do our best to assist you.

3. I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us at support@singapore-pets.sg. It’s possible there was a typo in your email address. We’ll help you confirm your order.

4. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Singapore 🇸🇬. We are working towards expanding to more locations in the future. Stay tuned for updates. Thank you for your support.

5. How much is shipping?
We charge a flat standard shipping fee of $3.90 on all orders. There are no hidden charges. This ensures a simple and transparent checkout experience. What you see is what you pay.

6. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. If you don’t receive tracking details, contact us. We’ll assist you promptly.
