30-Day Return Policy 📅

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return ✉️

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • The email used during purchase
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the process.

Return Shipping 📦

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged upon arrival
  • You received the wrong item

In such cases, Singapore-Pets will cover the return shipping or provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Process 💳

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part

Non-Returnable Items ⚠️

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Used pet products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items 🐾

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges 🔁

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item.
